Department Description:

PMD required to support and coordinate with new task for working smooth functioning with External Service Provided outsourcing managing of all their properties EIB Investment Properties Properties related to EIS and C Banks Financed Properties call Customer Properties Under Management CPUM
As a result a separate unit calledProperty Management DivisionPMD was established in 2007 to Manage these properties professionally It also provides a one point services to tenants and b increases revenue through reducing the vacancy

Brief Description:

To monitor daily activates process from External Service Provider task
Assure transactions affect timely and accurately recorded in our books
Provide reconciliations for all GL accounts and provide a copy to EI Finance department Internal and External Auditors
To ensure that inhouse developed PMS performs smoothly and all transactions generated through PMS recorded properly
To submit and share all status monthly report in professional presentation with eliminate treatment all outstanding entries

Detailed Description:

To monitor daily activates process from External Service Provider task

Job Requirements:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Prepare financial management reports and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and submit it to MARS
Running monthly end in PMSRevenue recognition
Ensure accurate and timely monthly quarterly and year end accounting entries are posted
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities and eliminating the outstanding items
Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
Entering reconciling VAT Entries
Maintain Control on PDCs and prepare deposit slips for In House managed properties
Daily monitoring cheque cash transactions in various accounts and performing daily reconciliation
Communicate and liaise with internalexternal parties in order to resolve any discrepancies
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded filed and reported
Prepare the receivable aging report and booking the required provision
Review FM invoices validate it in the system and process the payments
Sending the monthly reports to customers
Prepare the visibility study upon customer request to estimate the transferable amounts
Monitor customer finance installments and ensure collection is done on time
Prepare the department monthly Quarterly and annual MIS
Handle Petty Cash and prepare the reimbursement entries

Additional Details:

Bachelor in Accounting Business Administration
Minimum 35 year in Banking property managementreal estate
Quality knowledge of the industry
Strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and management skills
Ability to understand the market and surroundings
