Job Overview

Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the
position of Customer Service Assistant in our Hoarafushi Branch.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Provide a complete customer experience in a friendly and courteous
manner to all customers visiting the Bank
• Acquire product knowledge and respond to all inquiries accordingly
• Establish and promote cordial relationship with customers, ensuring
prompt attendance to their inquiries and solving their problems to grant
them maximum satisfaction
• Ensure that the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines
are complied with
• Attend to other general banking activities and processing of general
correspondence

Competencies:
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Results driven and customer focused
• Excellent salesmanship
• Excellent analytical skills and judgment, good business sense, and
decision-making skills based on Bank’s policies and procedures

Criteria:
• Minimum O’ Level 3 passes or an equivalent qualification
• Familiar with MS Office
• Accounting or Finance background will be an added advantage
