Role: Forex Assistant

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To assist the Forex Team with administrative support and ensure efficient customer service.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Manage telephone calls relating to forex
  • Meeting clients as they enter the branch and directing them to the correct consultant
  • Ensuring that documentation supplied is correct
  • Providing administrative support where required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric
  • A Degree or studying towards a degree in Finance/Commerce/ Marketing

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time in order to address tasks according to importance.
  • Works well under pressure
  • Encourages Teamwork and willing to work within a versatile team.
  • Good documentation development and preparation skills.
  • Trustworthy and Reliable
  • Deadline driven and process-orientated

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Microsoft Office
